We are pleased to announce we have met the Chartered Institute of Building’s (CIOB) stringent criteria to become a Chartered Building Company once again.

This time we are one of the first 20 companies to get this new chartered accreditation in 2024, with a change of title to ‘CIOB Chartered Construction Management Company’.

What this means

For our clients the CIOB status is piece of mind that Vitruvius are competent and professionally run to the highest ethical standards.  The role of construction management spans across more services providing flexibility, tighter control and therefore efficiency to improve our clients construction journey.  Being a Chartered Company Member demonstrates that our company is run by professionally qualified managers, experienced in all aspects of the building process.
