Our role in the project
The Team:
Our Vitruvius team are proud to have led this New Build Educational Laboratory Facility project from the preconstruction stage on behalf of our client Hartpury University and Hartpury College, procuring an all-local Gloucestershire team, with Roberts Limbrick as architects and Barnwood Construction as main contractor.
The project details:
The building is built to a BREEAM certified standard, the sustainable elements include solar panels and EV charging points in the parking bays. The ground floor accommodates two laboratories with a shared preparation room and a flexible study space, the first floor houses a clinical skills centre to be used largely for teaching clinical skills with the use of specialist equipment. An individual tuition room, office areas for staff and administration are also provided within the building.
