Hartpury University and Hartpury College required a new catering facility to match their teaching accolades. A new location was chosen to build the modern catering facility. This enables the original catering area to be used for a new University Learning Hub development.
The new catering facility was completed for the start of the new academic year. The facility opened with a ’soft opening’ allowing the catering staff occupation to enable them to practice on their new equipment in their new kitchen environment, prior to student return.
This stunning building will inevitably become an integral part of student life at Hartpury given its hugely dynamic range of functions. From the catering facilities right through to the impressive flexible teaching and conference spaces, Graze will be a lively hub for students, staff and visitors to gather, socialise, dine, learn and network.

The customer appreciated having a strategic partner for management through all the stages of the construction journey, from strategic definition, preparing of the client brief, design and contractor procurement to construction and handover.
