Following a rigorous assessment, Vitruvius now joins the top 1% of organisations across the UK who have achieved the GOLD standard.
Vitruvius needed to provide the right level of evidence to show our total organisational support to the team – proving we are operating truly in line with our values, expressing how we embrace staff personal development and affirming our commitment to social responsibility.
This award is only given to organisations who can demonstrate excellence in developing and supporting their staff. This is a firm recognition of Vitruvius being a great employer, an outperforming place to work and demonstrates our strong commitment to sustainability.
